Scope: this privacy policy covers brainytrainee.com and all four mobile games published by Brainytrainee Ltd — Mega Obby (App Store: Mega Obby - Fun Run Parkour 3D; Google Play: Mega Obby - Parkour Fun Run 3D), Prison Escape - Obby Challenge, Cat Simulator - My Virtual Pet, and Talking Dog – Virtual Pet Game (published on Google Play as Virtual Pet Simulator - Archie). Each store listing also carries Apple's privacy labels or Google's Data safety section, which are the authoritative per-app disclosure.

What we collect on this website
This website is a static catalogue. We do not require accounts, do not run forms, and do not collect names, emails or payment details here. If we enable analytics in the future it will measure aggregate page and link usage — for example, which store button was clicked — and this policy will be updated before that happens.
What our games collect
Our games are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google — we never see or store your card details. The games may use device identifiers for functionality, crash reporting and advertising as described in each store listing's privacy label, which is always the authoritative and most current disclosure for that game.
Children's privacy
Our games carry age ratings assigned by Apple and Google: 4+ on the App Store for Mega Obby, Cat Simulator and Talking Dog, 9+ for Prison Escape, and Everyone on Google Play. None of them contains open chat with other players. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad placements in free versions are configured for family-friendly content categories. Parents can restrict purchases with Screen Time on iOS or purchase authentication and Family Link on Android — see our information for parents.
Advertising
Free versions of our games may show ads between levels. An optional in-app purchase removes them. Ad networks are configured for family-friendly categories and do not use behavioural profiling for child-directed placements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold. Email business@brainytrainee.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the version and effective date above.
